Summer School Juniors - 4-11 years old (Children in Reception Class to Year 6) Let your child shine this Summer during a fun packed five days of unforgettable Westend performance experience they will remember forever! Examples of classes children will receive: Modern/Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Street Hip Hop, Drama, Musical Theatre and Singing also new to our timetable this year 'Singing with Makaton Signing'. Every child will receive a goody bag, along with certificate of completion on their final day. Their fun-packed day will run from 9.15am - 5pm, Monday-Friday and every child will get to take part in a showcase performance for their parents on the Final day, showing off their knowledge and skills of all they have learnt during their wonderful week of Westend magic and also get to perform at the Bangor Musical festival All Westend Summer School teachers are fully qualified, insured and DBS checked and have every passion to ensure that our summer school students have simply the BEST time! *Please note - Lunch is not supplied, therefore ALL pupils must bring a packed lunch. Snacks and drinks will be available to purchase from the tuck shop during break times at Westend Academy. Important Notice - Payment in Full is required on Booking, NO refunds can be given once booking has been taken and payment made. Running a summer school of this size throughout the week and with so much organisation, hours of choreography, so many members of staff, bills to pay and insurances to cover, along with items in the students goody bags etc, this is all organised in advance, as I’m sure you can imagine, all of these outgoings have to be covered by the confirmed bookings of the students, without this, the summer school simply couldn’t go ahead. We continue to strive for the safety and wellbeing of each and every one of our team, pupils, parents and teachers.
